West by West Campus
WXWC brings in almost all local bands to play all day and night... The entire thing is absolutely free and open to all.

-The Austin Chronicle
Special THANKS to everyone who helped make this year's event.
We can't wait to do it again next year.
About
-
West By West Campus is still the only music festival in Austin's university district. Four stages showcase local music at a slew of student housing co-operatives around 21st and Rio Grande streets.
-
From the crack of noon until late into the night, WXWC is an organized, loose and well-controlled party that will introduce you to the best local bands that you don't know yet, all in an unorthodox environment.

Houses
21st Street
The 21st Street Co-op (707 W. 21st Street) acts as home base and features a diverse mix of rock and roll and pop artists. The maze-y, treehouse-like architecture leaves an impression on all who enter and houses the Green Room for musicians.
Eden House
Eden House (709 W. 21st Street) is the tiny blue house with the big lawn on the corner of 21st and Rio Grande. It was once upon a time known as Halcyon Co-op. Its small interior and sprawling greenery feature mostly acoustic and singer/songwriter acts.
French House
French House (710 W. 21st Street) has all the TVs on it. This house has quite the indie vibe, quality sounds and an upbeat demeanor. WXWC IV marks the co-op's second year as a venue, and shows quite an exciting bit of promise.
Marjorie~Daw
Marjorie~Daw (2202 Rio Grande Street) is a brand-new co-op, founded just over a year ago. This house typically exhibits the strange and poppy, on a cozy outdoor stage in their backyard.
